1. 請與膠水供應(yīng)商承認(rèn)膠水潔凈劑。
1. Please acknowledge the glue cleaner with the glue supplier.
2. 封鎖AB料桶底部閥門。
2. Block the bottom valve of AB barrel.
3. 操作設(shè)備出膠，將殘留在膠閥，高壓鐵氟龍管，AB泵內(nèi)部的膠水打出，可查詢拜訪膠閥出膠口膠量改變，判斷內(nèi)部膠水已排空。
3. Operating equipment gum out, the glue remaining in the rubber valve, high-pressure ferrofluorine hose, AB pump out, you can inquire about the change of gum volume at the rubber valve outlet, judge that the internal glue has been emptied.
4. 封鎖設(shè)備總電源。

5. 拆開料桶底部膠管，翻開閥門，將料桶殘剩膠水排出。

6. 封鎖料桶底部閥門，將適量潔凈劑倒入料桶，將桶壁與桶底殘剩的膠水潔凈干凈。

7. 翻開料桶底部閥門，將污水排出，料桶不行有殘渣。

8. 拆下AB泵，將泵內(nèi)部膠水整理干凈(需受過拆裝泵操練人員操作此項)。

9. 將干凈AB泵裝回原位，與料桶膠管從頭接上。

10. 灌膠機替換高壓鐵氟龍管。

11. 倒入新膠水。

12. 敞開設(shè)備，點動出膠3~5分鐘，承認(rèn)膠水出膠正常。

13. 從頭分配AB膠水比例。
