打膠機連續(xù)運轉(zhuǎn)并報警的原因！
我們在使用中空玻璃上膠機時，可能會遇到很多情況。其中之一是中空玻璃上膠機泵連續(xù)運行并報警的情況。一般來說，造成這種情況的原因如下。
We may encounter many situations when using hollow glass gluing machine. One of them is the continuous operation and alarm of the hollow glass glue machine pump. Generally speaking, the reasons for this are as follows.
原因:膠水用完了。
Reason: The glue has run out.
解決方案:更換塑料桶。
Solution: Replace the plastic bucket.
原因:塑料桶內(nèi)有空氣，或壓力過大無法粘合。
Reason: There is air in the plastic bucket, or the pressure is too high to bond.
解決方案:打開壓力板上的放氣閥，放膠后關(guān)閉橡膠泵上的放氣閥，放膠后關(guān)閉。
Solution: Open the vent valve on the pressure plate, close the vent valve on the rubber pump after releasing rubber, and close after releasing rubber.
原因:橡膠氣缸電接觸壓力表失效。
Reason: Rubber cylinder electric contact pressure gauge failure.
解決方案:更換新的電接點壓力表。
Solution: Replace the new electrical contact pressure gauge.
原因:橡膠泵電機反轉(zhuǎn)。
Reason: Rubber pump motor reversal.
解決方案:調(diào)整橡膠泵電機的相序，重新布線。
Solution: Adjust the phase sequence of rubber pump motor and rewiring.

中空玻璃內(nèi)的鋁棒填充干燥劑又稱分子篩，干燥劑能迅速吸收中空玻璃內(nèi)的水分，由于這些分子的分壓較低，由中空玻璃設(shè)備制成。
Aluminum rod filling desiccant in hollow glass is also called molecular sieve. The desiccant can quickly absorb moisture in hollow glass. Because of the low partial pressure of these molecules, it is made of hollow glass equipment.
中空玻璃的干燥劑對玻璃的撓度有直接影響。重要的是要了解他們的特點，以避免或減少偏轉(zhuǎn)的玻璃盡可能多。
The desiccant of hollow glass has direct influence on the deflection of glass. It is important to understand their characteristics in order to avoid or reduce deflection of glass as much as possible.
干燥劑對水和溶質(zhì)的吸附能力隨溫度的變化而變化，因而起著相對的作用。
The adsorption capacity of desiccant to water and solute varies with temperature, so it plays a relative role.
