一、點(diǎn)膠機(jī)流體內(nèi)有氣泡的原因及解決辦法
1、 Causes and solutions of bubble in dispensing machine fluid
原因：
reason:
點(diǎn)膠機(jī)由于過(guò)大的流體壓力和加上過(guò)短的開(kāi)閥時(shí)間，會(huì)有可能將空氣滲入液體內(nèi)，造成氣泡的產(chǎn)生。
Due to excessive fluid pressure and short valve opening time, air may seep into the liquid and cause bubbles.
解決方法：
resolvent:
降低流體壓力并使用錐形斜式針頭。
Reduce fluid pressure and use a tapered, oblique needle.
二、點(diǎn)膠機(jī)出膠大小不一致
2、 Dispensing machine glue size is not consistent
原因：
reason:
點(diǎn)膠機(jī)儲(chǔ)存流體的壓力筒或空氣壓力不穩(wěn)定，導(dǎo)致出膠不均勻，大小不一致。
The pressure cylinder or air pressure of the dispenser storing fluid is unstable, resulting in uneven glue output and inconsistent size.
解決方法：
resolvent:
應(yīng)避免使用壓力介于壓力表之中低壓力部分。膠閥控制壓力應(yīng)少60psi以上以確保出膠穩(wěn)定。 后應(yīng)檢查出膠時(shí)間，若小于15/1000秒會(huì)造成出膠不穩(wěn)定，出膠時(shí)間越長(zhǎng)出膠越穩(wěn)定。
The low pressure part of the pressure gauge should be avoided. The control pressure of the rubber valve should be at least 60 psi to ensure stable glue delivery. After that, the glue out time should be checked. If it is less than 15 / 1000 seconds, it will lead to the instability of the glue. The longer the glue time is, the more stable the glue will be.
三、點(diǎn)膠無(wú)法停膠
3、 Unable to stop dispensing
原因：
reason:
1.點(diǎn)膠閥中轉(zhuǎn)桿或密封裝置磨損
1. The transfer rod or sealing device of dispensing valve is worn
2.點(diǎn)膠閥的氣壓是否斷開(kāi)。
2. Whether the air pressure of dispensing valve is disconnected.
解決辦法：定期檢查設(shè)備，更換磨損設(shè)備。
Solution: check the equipment regularly and replace the worn equipment.
