雙組份打膠機結(jié)構(gòu)原理特點
雙組份打膠機是生產(chǎn)中空、幕墻玻璃的專用設(shè)備，可一次完成二道密封中A、B組份混合與涂膠。適用配比精度高的膠種，滿足玻璃深加工企業(yè)率、高合格率流水線作業(yè)的生產(chǎn)需求，是大規(guī)模生產(chǎn)高檔中空玻璃及玻璃幕墻產(chǎn)品的一種理想的配套設(shè)備。
The double component glue machine is a special equipment for producing hollow and curtain wall glass. It can complete the mixing and coating of A and B components in two seals at a time. It is suitable for the rubber seed with high proportion and accuracy, which can meet the production demand of high efficiency and high qualified production line for glass deep processing enterprises. （1）A、B組份各設(shè)一個膠泵，在各自的氣馬達驅(qū)動下，分別作往復(fù)運動，將膠吸入并壓出。A、B膠泵分別與壓膠盤固定在一起，再與機架連接組成各自的系統(tǒng)。

（2）A、B組份的配比是通過比例杠桿進行調(diào)節(jié)：向里調(diào)節(jié)，B出膠量減少，向外調(diào)節(jié)，B出膠量增加。通過調(diào)節(jié)比例杠桿來控制B膠的出膠量，從而控制A、B膠的配比。
(2) the ratio of A and B components is regulated by the proportion lever: to adjust to it, the amount of B out of glue is reduced, and the amount of B is increased. By adjusting the ratio lever to control the amount of glue out of B glue, the ratio of A and B glue is controlled.
（3）出膠量：由氣源處理器控制，逆時針調(diào)節(jié)，出膠量增加，順時針調(diào)節(jié)出膠量減小。
