雙組份打膠機(jī)的安裝方式
1、雙組份打膠機(jī)設(shè)備應(yīng)裝置在枯燥、無粉塵、無腐蝕性氣體的壞境中，該要求與其他設(shè)備一致，當(dāng)然如果條件達(dá)不到少爭取無腐蝕性氣體，究竟設(shè)備中有電線以及管路這些配件抗腐蝕性不高。

2、室內(nèi)溫度好控制在10～40度的室內(nèi)堅(jiān)固地上上，地上應(yīng)水平度要好。

3、雙組份打膠機(jī)裝置之前，應(yīng)先檢查是否有因運(yùn)輸、搬動造成的變形、損壞和緊固件松動狀況，之前就曾經(jīng)有客戶在移動打膠機(jī)的過程中把設(shè)備的智能控制系統(tǒng)的一個零部件碰掉了而導(dǎo)致設(shè)備無法正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，咱們的工作人員到現(xiàn)場后才排查出的原因。

4、咱們可以依據(jù)地上平整度的實(shí)際狀況來經(jīng)過調(diào)整設(shè)備的可升降地腳螺栓來調(diào)整設(shè)備的水平度直到設(shè)備水平而穩(wěn)固。然后按圖接線并牢靠接地，把氣源接入機(jī)器所配帶的氣源接口，保證無漏氣現(xiàn)象。
4. First of all, we can adjust the levelness of the equipment by adjusting the lifting anchor bolts of the equipment according to the actual situation of ground flatness until the equipment is horizontal and stable. Then connect the wiring according to the diagram and firmly grounded, and connect the air source to the air source interface equipped with the machine to ensure no air leakage.
5、雙組份打膠機(jī)向油槽中加注液壓油指定位置，46#液壓油。

6、接通電源并翻開查看設(shè)備是否能夠正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。
