雙組份打膠機(jī)的操作步驟
1、接通氣源：
1, connect the gas source:
電源接通，調(diào)節(jié)減壓閥0.4~0.6Mpa，檢查系統(tǒng)有無(wú)漏氣現(xiàn)象。然后試運(yùn)行以下動(dòng)作：（1）A泵提升；（2）A泵充氣；（3）B泵提升；（4）B泵充氣。注意：提升氣缸提升時(shí)，如果兩氣缸不同步，請(qǐng)下降原點(diǎn)后重新操作。
The source is connected and the pressure relief valve is adjusted to 0.4~0.6Mpa to check the leakage of the system. Then try to run the following actions: (1) A pump lifting; (2) A pump inflated; (3) B pump lifting; (4) B pump inflated. Note: when lifting the cylinder, if the two cylinder is not synchronized, please drop back to the original point and re operate.
2、將A、B組份膠桶就位，并與A、B膠泵的軸線對(duì)中。

以A組份為例：
Take A as an example:
1)操作手動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)閥，將A泵提升高，提升過(guò)程中觀察各管路有無(wú)拉伸過(guò)緊處。
1) operate the manual transfer valve to elevate the A pump to the highest level.
2)將膠桶放置在A泵壓膠盤(pán)下，開(kāi)啟膠桶，將其中塑料袋外翻桶外，膠面塑料片取出。
2) put the glue barrel under the A pump press disc, open the glue barrel, turn the plastic bag out to the bucket, and take the plastic sheet out.
3)使A泵壓盤(pán)緩慢下降，壓盤(pán)入桶時(shí)應(yīng)使其與桶口對(duì)準(zhǔn)，將壓膠盤(pán)排氣口打開(kāi)，直到壓盤(pán)接觸膠面。待壓盤(pán)內(nèi)氣體全部排放完并有少量膠從排氣口溢出時(shí)，即可關(guān)閉排氣閥。
3) slow down the pressure plate of the A pump, when the pressure plate enters the barrel, it should be aligned with the buckets, and the vent opening of the press disc is opened until the press disc is exposed to the rubber surface. The exhaust valve can be closed when the gas is completely discharged and a small amount of glue is spilled from the exhaust port.
4)開(kāi)機(jī)試打膠：將主泵氣源開(kāi)關(guān)打開(kāi)，按下膠槍開(kāi)關(guān)，直A泵里空氣排凈槍口處出膠連續(xù)時(shí)停止。
4) open machine test glue: open the main pump gas switch, press the glue gun switch until the air in the A pump is discharged at the mouth of the gun and stops when the glue is continuous.
用同樣的方法操作B泵。
Operate the B pump in the same way.
